Pasta Workshop

Join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using fresh ingredients that you likely have at home.

In this beginner-friendly, hands-on class, Chef Desh will guide you step-by-step through the entire pasta-making process—from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and shaping your pasta. Along the way, you’ll learn the tools of the trade, tips for working with fresh pasta dough, and techniques you can easily recreate in your own kitchen.

Once your pasta is ready, you’ll also prepare a fresh sauce to pair with it before sitting down to enjoy a pasta dish entirely of your own creation. You’ll also take home your handmade pasta to cook and enjoy later.
