Named in honor of our family’s Egyptian heritage, Queen is a bright, versatile white blend crafted from estate-grown Pinot Gris and Ortega, rounded out with local Saanich Peninsula Petit Milo.

On the nose and palate, delicate honeysuckle meets crisp green apple and pear. The Pinot Gris brings a touch of natural fruit sweetness, perfectly balanced by refreshing citrus from the Ortega and tart apple notes from the Petit Milo.

Pairing Suggestions: Excellent with fresh local seafood, light cheeses, goat cheese, or summer salads.
