Through gentle movement, supported postures, calming breathwork, and the healing resonance of the harp, you’ll be invited into a state of deep relaxation and serenity.

After the practice, complete your experience with a guided wine tasting on our terrace, where you can sip and savour the peaceful vineyard views.
